If you’re looking to start filling your wardrobe with more sustainable and ethical fashion staples, this is a great place to start because this here is not your average turtleneck. Classic- yes. Average? No way.

Whilst it's a classic design on the outside, there are SO many factors that give this turtleneck its big slow fashion heart on the inside

Here’s why this turtleneck is a wardrobe winner:

- They’re made from ZQ certified premium merino wool.
ZQ is the world leader in ethical wool production and certified farms must adhere to strict high standards of animal welfare and working conditions. For example, no mulesing or international live stock transport is permitted on ZQ farms. Farms must also provide their flock the freedom to live a natural lifestyle in free range pastures and allow them to live without hunger, thirst, distress and disease.

- Made locally in small quantities with fair working conditions.
These turtlenecks are designed, cut and sewn in Melbourne. They are also embroidered locally with the Phuncle flower emblem which embodies all the great qualities of slow fashion in one little bloom.

- Strong fabric that is made to last.
Merino wool is a super fine natural fibre that is strong (approx. 6 times stronger than cotton) machine washable and odour resistant. You’ll wear it more, but wash it less which is a big win for you and the environment! This turtleneck will last the distance and won’t stretch out of shape even after repeated wear and washing.

All these great qualities are woven into one super stylin’ wardrobe staple.
This is 18.9 micron 200GSM premium merino jersey knit- Merino fibres are so fine that they won’t itch- not one bit. This jersey is not a bulky knit by any means, rather a fine soft knit which is great for layering.

THE FIT:
This turtleneck is a form fitting garment, but isn’t completely skin tight. A little ease in either the bust or waist is ok (the turtleneck will still hug your body even with an inch or two ease): if you’re in-between sizes, If you prefer a firmer fit size down, whereas if you’d like some room to move size up (fit tip- most people who are in-between sizes tend to size down because merino jersey is very stretchy)

For reference- Ash is wearing a size S in the product photos and wears an AUS size 8-10 in standard sizing.

When will my turtleneck arrive? Once your order is placed, your turtleneck will be made from scratch to your specific size and will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched which includes your parcel tracking number.

Care instructions: 
Cold machine wash in wash bag, or hand wash. Gentle cycle recommended. Dry flat in shade. Warm iron. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

Whilst every effort has been made to accurately capture the different colour tones, colours may vary between screen displays (and in person the colour can vary depending on lighting).
