The Fit Wardrobe:
The fit wardrobe is a ‘not-for-sale’ section of the shop that consists of each style made in every single size. This means that if a piece you’d like to buy has sold out or isn’t available in your size on the day, you can still try on that design in a block-colour, in your chosen size, so that you can feel confident about ordering from our online shop. The fit wardrobe is all about giving you all the tools and opportunity to try on any style in the full size range so you know your size across different Phuncle designs.
The Sample Station:
Scenario: It’s the weekend of the pop-up, you’ve slept in and arrive late and the tartan Marcia skirt you’ve had your eyes on has sold out in your size, you try on a Marcia skirt in the fit-wardrobe to get your size but now you can’t remember if the green tartan matches your green sweater at home- never fear, the sample station is here! The sample station is where you can get teeny tiny cutie fabric samples in our available colours and prints for you to take home and consider. You’ll get to hold it up against other clothes in your wardrobe, stick it on your fridge or hold it in your little hands while you fall asleep to sweet Phuncley dreams.
After the pop-up shop when the new collection hits the online store you’re ready to pounce, armed with your fabric sample you snap up the skirt in your perfect size.
Phuncle Thrift:
Do you have an Uncle Phuncle piece in your wardrobe that you’d like to sell? We’re dedicating a whole rack to the Phuncle Thrift: an opportunity to buy/sell pre-loved Phuncle pieces to promote a circular clothing economy. The rack will also feature samples at heavily reduced prices- the chance to snap up a real bargain!
How it works:
- It’s free to have your garment on the rack, you only pay the payment processing fees if it sells at the event (1.6% card transaction fee)
- You choose your garment price (we can advise a rough price guide but ultimately it’s up to you what you’d like to sell your piece for)
- If your garment sells during the pop-up shop, your sale amount will be transferred to you via direct bank transfer to your nominated bank account
- You are responsible for getting your garment to and from the pop-up (you can drop it off or post it to us before the event, and if the garment doesn’t sell during the event you can collect your garment or arrange postage back to you- whichever is easiest for you)
-The garment must be an Uncle Phuncle piece (obviously)
