What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal or regular account payments - All prices are displayed in AUD.

How long will I have to wait for my Uncle Phuncle package?

As well as your order confirmation email, you will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Each product will have a custom delivery lead time specified in the product listing, please read this carefully. Some items are ready to post, but most Phuncle items are made to order. Refer to the product listing for delivery information. On average, made to order items are dispatched within 14-24 working days, but this changes depending on the order placed.

International orders are subject to delays in customs- unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for this type of delay.

How will I know if a clothing item will fit?

We do our best to describe the items for sale in the product description. This includes bust and waist measurements, as well as relevant measurements to particular designs (hem length, etc.) 

We have also provided a sizing chart as a guide to body measurements and  international sizes, which shoud be used in addition to the product garment measurements listed in the product description. The product descriptions also include information on how to measure to get the best fit.  Please don't hesitate to reach out to Ash (the maker) for sizing help and information -She's here to help and can give you detailed information on the fit of the garmment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please keep in mind that packages sent outside Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. All import taxes, customs duties and/or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. Import taxes, customs duties and fees differ between countries and it is advised you check with your local customs import fees before purchasing outside of Australia.
